How can I send a file?
You can send a file by USPS, UPS, FedEx, courier, etc. to 3385 Veterans Highway, Suite E, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 or you can upload files via our site.

What format files are accepted?
EPS, PDF, JPG, TIF, PSD, AI

How soon can I get my job printed?
Our normal turnaround time is 3-4 days from the time we recieve your files. If you have a job that is time-sensitive, please notify us of your deadline. We will make every effort to expedite your order to accomodate your time requirements in less than 3 days, at no additional cost. Rush Service is always available as an option, for an additional cost.

How can I be sure that the print quality of my files will meet my expectations?
High quality output is our business and your demands are top priority. At your request we will send a free 8" x 10" print sample so you can see for yourself the high quality output available from Dynamic. If you prefer, we will print a 12" x 36" section of your artwork and send it to you prior to printing your job. There is a small fee for this service.

Can you match specific PMS colors?
Of course. You must send your artwork to us in raw format so that we can make adjustments to the file to hit PMS colors. We cannot PMS match files such as PDF's, JPG's or TIF's. We will print a 12" x 36" section of your artwork and send it to you prior to printing your job. There is a small fee for this service.

How do I pay for my order?
We except Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Do I have to pick up my order?
You may pick up your order at our showroom from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; or we can ship it UPS for a nominal freight charge which will be added to your order.

Can I return an item that I'm not satisfied with?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply contact us to obtain a return authorization number and return information. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All return items must be in there original packaging and resellable condition. Custom printed graphics are not returnable.

I just opened my shipment and the items are damaged. What do I do?
Defective or concealed damage merchandise must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will ship a replacement order immediately upon notification.

I just received my shipment and the carton is damaged. What do I do?
Refuse to take delivery of any damaged cartons and contact us immediately so we can quickly replace your order to you and file a claim with the carrier. If you accept a damaged carton, KEEP ALL ORIGINAL CARTONS. It will become your responsiblity to file a claim with the carrier.
